Holly Mapleton offers affordable shared senior housing for adults age 55 and older. Each resident rents a private, fully furnished room in a warm, home-like environment with access to essential amenities and monthly social programs that promote connection and community.

Eligible residents may receive attendant care services through our licensed Personal Services Agency (PSA). These services—including support with daily activities—are billed separately through Medicaid or private pay.

Optional Resident Concierge Services are also available for non-medical support such as errands, companionship, and appointments. With just a few residents per home, Holly Mapleton provides a peaceful setting for those seeking independence with light, personalized support.

All rooms at Holly Mapleton are private—each resident has their own personal room. Common areas, such as the kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities, are shared. Select private rooms are also suitable for couples. 

Rent is per private room, not per household. Each resident rents their own room in a shared home setting and enjoys access to all common areas, with utilities, laundry facilities, and other shared amenities included.

Our furnished rooms include a queen-sized memory foam bed, two nightstands with lamps, a spacious closet, tasteful wall art and fixtures, and in select rooms, a TV. Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. 

Yes—Holly Mapleton is designed for adults aged 55 and older who are looking for a private, affordable living space with community connections and essential services included. 

Yes! We encourage visits from family and friends. Residents are welcome to have guests over until evening quiet hours. 

No, we do not allow resident pets at this time. However, we may arrange pet therapy visits in the future. 

If you find yourself needing a bit more day-to-day support, Holly Mapleton offers a convenient next step: attendant care through our licensed Personal Services Agency (PSA). These non-medical services provide help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, based on your individual needs. PSA services are available on-site for eligible residents and are billed separately through Medicaid or private pay.

If your needs go beyond what our PSA can provide, you are also welcome to arrange home health services through a provider of your choice. We maintain a relationship with a trusted home health agency and can offer a referral.
